Will I be charged for delivery?

For international orders (countries located in USA and Europe), we offer free delivery service for orders over USD 200                                               

For local orders (countries located in Asia), we offer free delivery service for orders over USD 150.          

                
Please note that delivery fee will be included at checkout (if applicable)
                        
We use Fedex or other international carrier(s) for our shipping carrier.

What will be the delivery time?

We will dispatch within 2-4 business days, subject to the avalibility of the item(s). 
 

The estimated shipping time to USA and Europe will be approx 7-9 days .
 

The estimated shipping time to Asia will be approx 5-7 days.

I have not received my item(s), what should I do? 

We suggest you to check the status of your order with the tracking number provided. 
 

Please also check with your concierge or reception in case they have kept the parcel for you.

Can I return the item(s) and what are the criteria?  

All return item(s) must be in original condition, i.e., undamaged, unworn and in the original packaging.
 

The refund can only be made within 7 days upon delivery. 
 

Upon receiving your return parcel, we will check if the item(s) meet all of the qualifying conditions listed above. If yes, we will issue a refund within 7-10 business days.

 

The cost of return shipping is at your own cost and we will not refund the taxes and duty incurred.

 

Returns outside the stipulated timeframes will not be accepted.
Item(s) bought on sale are not eligible for returns.

How can I return an item(s)?

Please email us at info@oyoneparis.com within 7 days of receiving your item(s) with your invoice number and item number that needs to be refunded. 
 

You will receive a confirmation email and with the return address. Please use a trackabe delivery method and keep your proof of postage and tracking number when shipping back your returns as this will avoid any dispute in the event of any lost mail. 
 

The return postage will be at your own cost and we are not liable for any return packages that may become lost in transit. We will not refund any taxes or duty incurred.
 

We will issue the refund within 7-10 business days upon the item(s) being returned.
 

Returns that do not meet our policy will be not be accepted.

How do I know the status of my return?
