How do I add items to my cart?
Add the item you would like by first selecting the colour, size, and quantity. To add the item(s) to your bag you can simply click the ‘Add to Bag’ button. If you would like to check if you’ve successfully added your products to your bag you can simply click on the bag icon on the top right corner of the web page and you will be redirected to your bag.
Can I change or modify my order once it's been placed?
Please email us at info@oyoneparis.com within 24 hours with your order number and we will try our best to get it updated. However, in the event that your parcel has been handed over to our courier partners, we would be unable to edit or make changes to your order.
How do I use a promotional code?
Once you add your items to your shopping cart, you can enter your promotional code under the Payment section. Be sure to apply your code before submitting your order.
How do i unsubscribe from emails?
